Travel Planner & Trip Coordinator
Location: Jamshedpur (Hybrid) • Full-time
Talk to travellers on WhatsApp and phone, understand their dates, budget and interests,
and design comfortable, realistic itineraries using our partner network.
- Answer enquiries, suggest routes and customise packages.
- Coordinate bookings with hotels, transport and local partners.
- Keep simple tracking sheets for payments and confirmations.
Operations & Vendor Coordinator
Location: Jamshedpur (Office / Hybrid) • Full-time
Support daily operations by staying in touch with hotels, cabs and local partners,
keeping every booking clean and clearly documented.
- Maintain and update rate sheets and availability with vendors.
- Share vouchers, driver details and check-in info on time.
- Handle last-minute changes calmly and keep travellers informed.
Content & Social Media Executive
Location: Remote / Jamshedpur • Part-time or Project
Help us tell destination stories across Instagram, Facebook and the EasyTrip Plans blog,
using photos, reels and simple travel tips.
- Create basic posts, reels ideas and trip highlight captions.
- Organise photos from travellers into simple before/after stories.
- Coordinate with the team on offers and new packages to promote.
